Buenos Aires, December 15 (NA) — The official dollar exchange rate is ARS 1415 for purchase and ARS 1465 for sale at the National Bank and other major banking institutions in the country. The U.S. currency on the informal market, known as the 'blue dollar,' is trading at ARS 1425 for purchase and ARS 1445 for sale, maintaining a moderate gap compared to the regulated exchange rate.
In the financial dollars segment, the MEP trades at ARS 1475.90 for purchase and ARS 1480.20 for sale, while the 'Contado con Liquidación' (CCL) quotes ARS 1511.10 for purchase operations and ARS 1512.20 for sale.
The 'dólar tarjeta,' which includes the PAÍS tax and a 30% perception, reaches ARS 1904.50, marking the highest value among all quotations available in the Argentine foreign exchange market.
